17 homes for sale in Nashua New Hampshire have had their price reduced in the first two weeks of April 2009. Although this represents less than 7% of the 248 Nashua NH real estate listings, price reductions have resulted in 62 pending sales in the NNEREN MLS.
Homes under contract are increasing in all of Southern NH, this trend is supported by huge price drops, record low interest rates in the 4.5-5% range for 30 year fixed loans and much reduced inventory year over year.
